the staff were friendly at check in. the location is central, near restaurants. i had a double room disability access. the room had adequate space for mobility aids.

the shower had mold. i did not find this appealing. i feel it require immediate cleaning.

The location proved fantastic. i walked easily to main attractions and restaurants. the staff seemed very friendly at all times and were always available. i appreciated the room's cleanliness upon arrival. It set a good tone for my visit.

the noise from nearby streets did penetrate the windows at times.

i appreciated the hotel's superb location. it was very accessible to many locations i wanted to visit, so that was perfect. the staff were friendly and helpful, ready to assist with directions and other requests.

the coffee machine in the lobby was out of service.

i found the location very central and it was close to many attractions. the staff was friendly at reception, always ready to assist with directions or information. i really did like that you could get tea and coffee from reception for a reasonable price, it was very convenient.

the noise level from the street was high. i could hear pub goers shouting late into the night, hard to sleep some nights.
